The key to Health Advocate's service is the Personal Health Advocate, a registered nurse, who is assigned to serve each member when he or she first makes use of the program's services. An expert in health care systems and case management services, the Personal Health Advocate works in concert with a team of physicians, insurance experts, and other managers to provide clinical, insurance, and care coordination services. Health Advocate staffers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
