The My KTBenefits Page allows you to customize our site to access the features you use the most. To follow are the most frequest questions about Customizing your My KT Benefits Home Page:
How do I access my customized KTB home page from another computer?

Q: How do I access my customized KTB home page from another computer or while I'm on the road?
A: From any Internet enabled computer, go to http://www.ktbenefits.com and enter your email address in the 'My KT Benefits Sign In' box on the upper right corner of the page.
Q: How do I prevent others from being able to change my preferences?
A: As an extra level of security, you can type in a password when you change your preferences. The next time you sign in, you will be prompted to use your password to change your preferences.
Q: I forgot my password.
A: No problem. When you sign in to your My KT Benefits page and are prompted for a password, you will have the option to click on the link that says 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address you use to access the system and a temporary password will be emailed to that address.
Q: The display of my custom page has scroll bars to see the content on the right side of the screen which is cut off.
A: You will need to set your monitor's screen resolution to 800x600 or larger. To do this, go to your start menu in the lower left of your screen. Choose Settings and Control Panel. Select the icon for Display. Choose the 'Settings' tab and change your screen resolution to 800x600 or larger. Click the 'Apply' button.
Q: When I select carrier information from the drop down menu, nothing happens.
A: The information for carriers should be displayed in a new browser window. Sometimes, your web browser may come back with a message that says that a popup has been blocked or nothing will happen. Please hold down the CTRL button when clicking the 'go' button to override the pop-up blocker.
